My wife is a conservation biologist starting to teach at Warren Wilson this year and I have delved into raw food practices since taking a number of sustainability courses my second year of college back in '06. We use our own raw milk for our cheeses and I strictly use locally-sourced raw honey for my homebrew meads. While its not 100% of our diets we definitely see raw foods as a focal points in our diets.
Hello, my wife and I are avid homesteaders moving to the Asheville-Swannanoa area. In addition to loving the nature of the group we are also looking for a backup 1-month max home for our 2 goats (1 in milk). Any suggestions on who I could talk to?
