I first learned about the Raw and Living lifestyle when I read a book by Viktoras Kulvinskas. I was involved with a raw food community in Portland, Oregon and helped organize the Raw Food Festival there, where I met many raw food teachers like David Wolfe and Doug Graham. I studied raw food preparation with Victoria Boutenko and other raw food chefs. I found about about the group from meetup.com What I am looking for in a raw food community - support on the raw food lifestyle and sharing of information. I am very good with creating raw food recipes and share my ideas on my Facebook fan page - Vibrant Life Foods. My favorite raw foods are olives, dulse, nori wraps, kale, baby greens, parsley, peas, pumpkin seeds, coconut oil, limes, cherries, baby carrots, green juice and green smoothies.
I relocated here, recently, from Portland, OR, where I was involved with the raw food community & the Raw Food festivals. I have a fan page on Facebook, Vibrant Life Foods, where I give information on raw & vegan food recipes, organic gardening, etc.
