First learned from working at Earthfare and did a lot of research when I tried it out. Found this group through the new life journal. I'm looking for support and mostly new ideas and learning more. It might be fun to try a food swap - get into groups and each person makes a lot of one thing then swap portions of what you've made. I think it'd be great to try more things in a different setting. My favorite raw food is either raw pizza or flax crackers with raw hummus...or maybe a chocolate banana smoothie. I think I love it all actually.
A friend and I went raw for a month awhile back. I loved it and have really been wanting to make it a lifestyle. It was pretty easy doing it with a friend but I feel that I need some help and motivation to get back on it.
