I am bringing a salad w/ carrots/ celery/ bok choy/ red pepper/ onions, all organic. The dressing will have a nut base w/ cilantro and nutritional yeast and topped with sprouted sunflower seeds and S.C. pecans from a friend.
I need directions from Asheville. Anyone? At least tell me how to get them.
