Would like to meet up with others in the North Atlanta area to practice Ashtanga Yoga. Our goal is to challenge you physically and mentally in a safe environment so that you may reap the many benefits yoga provides.

Please join us if you are interested or would like to practice Ashtanga Yoga.

We invite all levels to join in.

Smaller groups or on special occasions we will practice Mysore style. Members are encouraged to bring music to share.

Weather permiting practice outdoors can be suggested. As a group we may do donation classes to support local non-profit needs.
