Slow Flow to Zen Yoga Followed by Meditation

 Join us for a 45 minute slow flow / yin yoga class (longer holds in deep stretches to stretch and strengthen muscles and connective tissue) followed by a 30 minute guided meditation.  Great class for all levels!
