Chinese spicy cuisine is basically leading by 2 major provinces: Szchuang and Hunan. The way to taste the difference in between the 2 fractions is more of peppercorn and dried chili peppers with intensive numbness taste in Szchuang cuisine, while more of fresh chili peppers use in Hunan cuisine with a 'natural' hot spiciness.
This evening, we're able to taste both in variable dishes to enjoy our sweating feast!
