What to Bring: Clothing - Layer, might be cold in the moning, but gets warmer as we hike Shoes - Hiking boots is prefered, but I've seen people with tennis/running shoes FOOD + Emergency energy bar WATER, Sunscreen, and lip balm, and Hiking Sticks if you need them, special on downhill.
