Santa Monica Stairs Workout + Lunch @ Santouka Ramen + Dessert @ Blockheads

If you can not make this entire event, please let me know in advance!

  • Do you want to improve your cardiovascular strength and endurance?
  • Do you want to burn fat?
  • Do you want to tone your abs, legs and butt?
  • Do you want a challenging, but fun workout?
  • Do you believe in the "No Pain, No Gain" fitness ideology?

If you answered yes to the above, then this workout is a must for you!

We will meet up at 8:00am sharp to avoid crowds and easier parking.


  • This event is open to 6 members (3 guys and 3 girls).
  • Please bring lots of ice cold water!!!
  • Please bring sunscreen
  • There are two sets of stairs.  The wooden set is the main set of stairs.  The concrete set, pictured below, is the secondary set. 
  • Stair etiquette - single file lines on the stairs.  Do not walk side by side next to your friend gossiping. 
  • Directions - Take the 4th Street exit off of the 10 and head north (turn right) until the street dead ends at Adelaide.  Turn right and park anywhere.
  • As with all of my events, I expect each member to socialize with the entire group.  For those who have a "friend(s)" in the event, that's great, but I still expect you to interact with the rest of the group.  Those who do not do so, will not be invited back to future events.

Cancellation Policy:

Please be respectful to our other members. If you have a change of plans, please update your RSVP status or email me well in advance (at least 24 hours) so that those on the wait list will have enough time to join. It's not fair to those on the wait list if you end up canceling last minute and waste a spot.

      You can get quite cheap massages around ktown.. really cheap ones in the sgv. If you need immediate relief, ibuprofen always helps.. don't make it a habit though.. :)
