Welcome to the OC Free Fitness bootcamp sessions!!!

 

 

Introduction:

My name is Amy, and I would like to uphold my friend's philosophy about Bootcamp.  You see, he was successful in leading a boot camp in NY and in Sydney.  He believed that free outdoor exercises should be available to all.  Thus, I would like to follow his philosophy and welcome you to the OC Fitness Bootcamp!

 

I hope that you will find this an enjoyable experience! To add to your comfort level, please feel free to ask any questions. We are a friendly and inclusive melting pot. There is no bootcamp leader blowing a whistle or yelling lol!.

How Much Does Bootcamp Cost?

Bootcamp sessions are free-even more reason to make this a regular part of your fitness regime.  Donations are also nice!!  ;-)

What Should I bring?

As we meet in the park with no storage facilities, you should come in workout clothes you are happy to get a little dirty.  Some people bring bottles of water or bags but if you do I recommend keeping it light because you'll have to jog with it short distances between exercises.

How Fit Do I need to Be?

We accommodate different levels of cardio, however, usually group members are average to above average levels in fitness. As a test, you should be able to complete one plank for at least 1 minute, be able to do 20 pushups and jog at least one mile. Nevertheless, many people who may have below average fitness have been able to work themselves up due to their consistent commitment to attending training sessions and their persistent attitude. If you feel that you are below average, you might want to take some exercise classes to improve your core strength and help build up your stamina. You can then come join us and see if this is right for you.

What Exercises do I do?

The sessions last for about one your and include aerobic fitness routines with running, printing, star jumps, Combination of outdoor activities include circuits, yoga-like stretches, pilates, boxing/kickboxing in the air, lunges, sit-ups, pull-ups, and a few dance moves!

How does this benefit me?

You will have fun, more energy, feel more alert, able to concentrate and have improved sleep patterns!  Your general mood will be great and you can deal with the stresses in life more easily.

In consideration for Asian Groupting to allow your participation in this event, you, on behalf of yourself, your successors in interest, heirs, assigns and representatives hereby release and hold harmless the event organizer, successors, etc. from any and all liability, claims, damages, actions and causes of action whatsoever on account of any loss, damage or injury to a person (including death) or any other loss or inconvenience whatsoever, suffered by you at any time hereafter arising out of your voluntary participation in this fitness event whether resulting from the host's negligence or otherwise collectively "liabilities".

You hereby grant permission to the event organizer to render preventative first-aid assistance or seek treatment or medical care that it seems reasonably necessary, including hospitalization for your health and well-being.

By participating in this event, you also give the event organizer permission to freely use your name, picture and voice in any broadcast, telecast, print account, online or any other account in any medium of the fitness event (personal release).  You understand that this personal release is perpetual in time and that it encompasses without limitation any copyright or right of publicity or privacy that you may have in your name, picture and voice.
