Welcome to the OC Free Fitness bootcamp sessions!!!
My name is Amy, and I would like to uphold my friend's philosophy about Bootcamp. You see, he was successful in leading a boot camp in NY and in Sydney. He believed that free outdoor exercises should be available to all. Thus, I would like to follow his philosophy and welcome you to the OC Fitness Bootcamp!
I hope that you will find this an enjoyable experience! To add to your comfort level, please feel free to ask any questions. We are a friendly and inclusive melting pot. There is no bootcamp leader blowing a whistle or yelling lol!.
We accommodate different levels of cardio, however, usually group members are average to above average levels in fitness. Nevertheless, many people who may have below average fitness have been able to work themselves up due to their consistent commitment to attending training sessions and their persistent attitude. If you feel that you are below average, you might want to take some exercise classes to improve your core strength and help build up your stamina. You can then come join us and see if this is right for you.
FUN-FILLED Bootcamp Activities INCLUDE: Combination of outdoor activities including circuits, yoga-like stretches, pilates, sprints, boxing/kickboxing in the air, lunges, sit-ups, pull-ups, and a few dance moves!
How does this benefit me? You will have fun, more energy, feel more alert, able to concentrate and have improved sleep patterns! Your general mood will be great and you can deal with the stresses in life more easily.
Disclaimer: I am not a personal trainer, I have been a bootcamp member for 3 years and have led a bootcamp for 1 year. Please be careful and remember to go at your own pace and take rests whenever needed.
