Stop negative thinking and anxious/stressed/ang­ry reactions CBT and Yoga

this is a multiple week workshop on learning to manage your overreactions and negative thoughts and associated actions

We will cover Cognitive exercises, yoga therapy techniques to cool you off and help you become desensitized to stress, anger and anxiety and behavior techniques such as assertiveness training and decision making.


The group meets weekly on Monday at 730pm in my Midtown office. Out of network insurance benefits can be applied depending on your plan. Sliding fee scale options are available for those without insurance or receiving other services.
The cost of the group is $45 per week.
