Hello! I would love to start a group of women in their 20's and 30's to get together drink wine, eat cheese, and talk about some books! There is an existing book club in Astoria, but the choices just aren't my style. Some of my favorite genres; dystopian fiction (Margaret Atwood), historical biographies (Robert Caro), mystery thrillers (Gillian Flynn), and celeb works like Bossy Pants and Is Everyone Hanging out Without Me? I love Mosaic, and I can see it being a great place to meet, but maybe as we get to know each other better, we can do it in our homes! Can't wait to meet people :)

Dues for this group will be $5 a week to recoup for Meetup fees, etc.

Books we have  read:

The Handmaids Tale by Margaret Atwood February 2014

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
