Pat, Yes, I have attened. You do not need to bring a chair or a blanket. There are some chairs provided but they are not the most comfortable, but what can you expect for free. Remember, the bbq is not free but it almost is. A hamburger is $2.50 and a sode is $1.00.

I live out side of Philly in a small town called Kennett Square. It is one square mile in size and the mushroom capital of the world. Now there is an outing for us. We can go to the mushroom parade the weekend after labor day, LOL, The area is actually better known for Longwood Gardens, a du Pont estate.

As far as Scranton, it is just a little short of 2 hrs. from Kennett. My nephew just finished his first year at the University of Scranton.
