Astral Projection Retreats is run by the Dynamic Consciousness™, a not-for-profit organisation that runs free astral projection retreats in Scotland.

By providing simple and easy-to-use techniques, our focus is on keeping things practical, with the aim to allow people to have personal and direct experiences in astral projection, lucid dreaming, consciousness and more, thereby expanding the perception of life and existence.

What is Astral Projection?
Astral Projection happens at the point of sleep when there is a separation between the physical and astral body as we fall asleep. We enter the astral plane with our astral body and if we are self-aware, we can use it to travel, explore and be taught. Astral Projection is the ability to be aware of the process of sleep, leave behind our physical body and explore a whole new dimension of life. Normally we are unaware of any changes in the separation due to dreams, thoughts and inner states which interfere with our perception. Awareness and concentration help in our ability to increase our perception of this natural occurrence during sleep. Regular efforts in practicing astral projection techniques as well as a structured discipline help in bringing effective results and life changing experiences out-of-the body.

The Retreats
Weekend and 10 Day Astral Projection Retreats are organised to help those interested in developing skills and gaining experiences in astral projection. New students are invited to learn about astral projection through their own first-hand personal experience as they explore simple astral techniques with the group, while old students who have been practicing astral projection can develop discipline and skills in order to break through any obstacles. A span of 10 days is spent in silence, allowing each participant to explore the techniques inwardly and learn through their efforts - gaining personal insight into their own processes.

The Premises
Set in a 15th century courtyard castle, with a curtain stone wall extending to two standing towers, the retreat centre offers scenic beauty, tranquillity and majesty.

Tucked away in a pocket of enchanting forests, gardens and country walks,  our retreat centre offers a space for anyone wishing to get inspired by the beauty of nature and the peaceful serenity of practice rooms perfect for astral projection exploration, self-reflection and the search for personal insight and experience.

The Cost
There are no charges for the retreats - not even to cover the cost of food and accommodation. All expenses are met by donations from people who, having completed a retreat and experienced the benefits of astral projection techniques, wish to give others the opportunity to benefit from them also.
