Responsible Charity - Humanists in India

A Humanist Society of South Australia event

A Humanist charity visit to India and IHEU pushes adopt-a-Dalit-village! Come along and hear about Humanists operating in India.

The Wheatsheaf doesn't serve meals so either eat beforehand, bring something along, or order from the many take-away menus at the bar!

From Bruce: there's a little restaurant called The Deli (it's not an actual deli!) across the road from The Wheaty that does takeaways. It's just a little trendy, but otherwise does good nosh - although I've only sampled from the vegetarian part of their menu. Burgers, chips, wedges, nachos, pizzas - it's pretty much pub food.

Goes down well with a beer from a microbrewery.

Transport: come by Tram and walk 150m or catch the B10 bus from Currie St to be dropped at the front door.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
