Already deployed and using a clustered MongoDB environment as the primary database for a web project due to be in production during the first trimester of 2013. We are using AWS for deployment and Apache/PHP as the app platform. We mainly handle loosely structured data but we require high I/O performance and a flexible data scheme. After trying several NoSQL solutions, MongoDB came to be the most suitable one for us.
I develop mainly on PHP, Ruby and Objective C and use JS frameworks, although during the course of the years I have tried and used most of the popular programming languages. I have a strong interest in database systems: I have used most of the popular SQL platforms (MySQL, Oracle and MSSQL) but in recent years I tend to experiment on NoSQL systems having used Neo4J, Couchbase and, of course, MongoDB.
I would be happy to share my experience with MongoDB, although due to the fact that I'm in the middle of several things right now, time is quite limited (but that goes for most of the group I presume :)
