Mindfulness for Busy People at Brown University

Living in a busy world does not mean you need to have a busy mind. By learning the simple practice of mindfulness, you can enjoy mental clarity and peace. You are welcome to this free public talk to receive simple and practical advice about how to find peace in this busy world.

For this event, we will be lucky to be hosting Gen Kelsang Jampa, who is an American Buddhist monk and the Eastern US National Spiritual Director for the New Kadampa Tradition. He is an internationally renowned teacher of meditation and Buddhism.

This is a FREE event and open to the public!

Gen Jampa covered some very important topics, both simple and profound. It was a pleasure to listen to this skilful presentation on mindfulness.

Yes, please RSVP. We now have over 200 who are signed up online. Street parking is available and free after 6pm. It should be a lovely evening, so plan a little extra time to park a few blocks away and walk.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
