A place to meet like-minded people interested in Buddhism, meditation, reducing stress, becoming a kinder person, or overall becoming happier and more at peace. The teachings here are focused on practical methods to introduce into daily life in order to bring about lasting change. Those who come have the opportunity to learn how to meditate or deepen their current meditation practice. There are a range of classes available to meet the varying needs of the people in the greater Providence area. While the individual classes differ, they will always consist of some teaching and one or two meditations, with time afterwards available for discussing and spending time having tea and snacks.
