General Description : We are looking for a mid-level web developer focused on screen development to come into a very rapid application development shop.   We  are developing a new e-commerce system from the ground up using ASP.NET MVC (C#)/SQL Server 2008 R2 and will be doing a LOT of UI construction utilizing jQuery and JavaScript.  The person needs to be VERY fluent in UI design and very comfortable with positional-level CSS concepts.  This person needs to be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision with ever-changing requirements and deadlines.  Our shop focuses more on code construction than on software development lifecycle concepts.  An ability to work in a very fluid environment is a must.  This person needs to be familiar with C#, and experience with MVC patterns will be a plus.  We are quite willing to endure a learning curve on the newer technologies we are utilizing if the core fundamental skillsets are there.
