will this be rain or shine and where will we meet? I've never been there before and am a 1st timer at this meetup group.

yes - rain or shine. I will be wandering around where the bird banders are, out in the open somewhere. I will look pretty much like my picture shows. It may be crowded.

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (Redirected from Bird banding) Bird ringing or bird banding is a technique used in the study of wild birds, by attaching a small, individually numbered, metal or plastic tag to their legs or wings, so that various aspects of the bird's life can be studied by the ability to re-find the same individual later. This can include migration, longevity, mortality, population studies, territoriality, feeding behaviour, and other aspects that are studied by ornithologists

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
