Jack of all trades and master of none, I currently make all kinds of kitchen science experiments through fermentation, preservation, etc. I'm also big into herbs, foraging, fiber arts, pyrography - you name it, I could probably nerd out on it. I really hope to become a proficient woodworker someday - that's the biggest gap in my knowledge library I'd like to fill...
