Microsoft has advanced data science technology in SQL Server Analysis Services, and community leaders have been promoting this mature technology for years. Microsoft Data Mining has advantages over many solid open source competitors, especially when integrating with Microsoft BI technology. This presentation includes demos that show some practical ideas for integrating predictive analytics into SSIS, SSRS, SSAS Tabular, and Power BI using SQL Server 2014 and Visual Studio. We will also cover whatever Microsoft has announced about Microsoft Azure Machine Learning.
