Join the Georgia Tech Business Network for a fireside chat and Q&A session with Guy Primus, Co-Founder and CEO of The Virtual Reality Company. Guy, who was named a "Captain of Industry" by the Institute of Industrial Engineers, has both BS and MS degrees in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech as well as an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Guy has an impressive professional background that extends from Fortune 500 companies to wildly successful start-ups. He served as Vice President of Strategy & Planning for Blue Flame, the marketing and advertising agency founded by Sean “Diddy” Combs. Guy has also worked for Microsoft as a group product marketing manager for MSN Entertainment. During his time with Starbucks, he led the creation of the popular ‘Pick of the Week’ program for Starbucks and Apple.

Guy later joined Overbrook Entertainment, the film and television production company founded by actor/producer Will Smith and producer James Lassiter, where he became COO. Guy is also the co-founder of Tentpole Ventures, a seed-stage investment vehicle whose portfolio includes Pinterest and DogVacay.

In 2013, Guy co-founded The Virtual Reality Company (VRC) with Robert Stromberg, Chris Edwards and Joel Newton. The Virtual Reality Company (VRC) is a Hollywood-based content studio that aims to create premium virtual reality experiences for film and entertainment, by combining the best in technology, art, and digital storytelling.

Guy's Georgia Tech Contributions and Accolades include IE Advisory Board Chair, College of Engineering Board Member, Georgia Tech Advisory Board member, and he is a College of Engineering Hall of Fame Inductee.
