Free Brass Concert in Sandy Springs

This is a new concert series that is free and open to the public.  I'll be posting this with my Baby Boomer Meetup as well.

The Midtown Brass Quintet plays classical as well as pop and jazz.  Hear them here:

http://www.midtownbrassquintet.com/MBQ2/sounds.html

Concert starts at 4:30.  Doors open at 4.  I will stand in front and hold a Meetup sign from 3:45 to 4.  I'll be going in at 4; if you arrive after that, you can look for the group, but you will be on your own.

The concert ends at 6:30.

Not sure, jsb. The link shows some of the music they have done; possibly they may do it for the concert.

thanks for the response. rant: i always find it irritating when groups do not post their program. free is great and certainly appreciated, but i am not going to drop everything i am doing just for that reason. i looked at their site, and i'd drive fifty miles for debussy transcriptions and not even five for the beatles ... and i love the beatles. it makes no sense to not post the program. i see it all the time now, and it is a main reason i don't bother to show up. (to free concerts in general ... none of my rant has anything to do with meetup and the wonderful peeps like you setting up and organizing.
