A Sustainable, Compassionate and Nourishing Diet

Hello friends, join us to learn about food, over food. How can we eat in a way that is sustainable? A way that is kind to our bodies and the earth? Let's learn about an organic vegetarian/vegan lifestyle. Did you know that adopting this kind of lifestyle can:

Reduce one's carbon footprint--better than giving up ones car. It's a more sustainable, humane and compassionate way of eating. It avoids genetically modified food, harmful pesticides and other agricultural chemicals in your diet.

Reduce world hunger – 20% of the world’s population could be fed with the grain that is fed to cattle. End factory farming and cruelty to animals. Prevent many diseases. Save the rain forests Reduce ocean pollution.
