One of the most important legal decisions that directly affects
the lives of software developers was decided a few weeks ago.
The widely followed case between Oracle and Google involving the
Android operating system has now been decided on appeal, in a way
that may be troubling to many in the software development field.

Paul Arne is the senior partner in the Technology Transactions
Practice Group at Morris, Manning & Martin.  He will lead the
presentation of a number of attorneys in his group to discuss
this important legal development.  Joining Paul will be Austin
Mills, Ryan Kelly, and Patrick McKenzie, who will discuss various
aspects of this legal decision and its implications for using
  APIs and other interfaces.

tendees care to bring up.
