Sunday Fundays join us for donation based yoga in the park or SUP Yoga on the Lake. Classes will be challenging but accessible to all levels. Feel free to bring the whole family out. A portion of proceeds will go to local families in need.
For those of you who don't know me here's my bio:
Laura is the Owner of Balanced Studios (Yoga + SUP), Yoga Alliance ERYT 200, Yoga Alliance Certified SUP Instructor, Holistic Nutritionist, lover of nature & the great outdoors, mother and wife. Laura began practicing Yoga 10 years ago. Her yoga practice supported positive transformation in her life and positive life choices. Laura became inspired to teach the sacred science of yoga after her practice helped her find, strength, courage, balance, confidence, and helped shift the course of her life in a positive direction!
She believes wholeheartedly that yoga has the power to heal, transform, and shift perspectives. Her classes are challenging, but accessible to all levels. She focuses on alignment, safety in the posture, and listening to your body. She is certified in Vinyasa Flow, Anuttara Yoga, Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Stand Up Paddle Yoga, Usui Reiki Level II, CPR & First Aid, and is currently working towards her ACA Level 1 & 2 SUP Instructor & SUP & Yoga Endorsements (complete 3/2015).
Laura believes in helping to make yoga accessible to everyone in all walks of life. She is currently working with Yoga Outreach programs such as Centering Youth, Yoga Gangsters, and is working towards helping bring together and organize the Metro Atlanta Yoga Community for charities, events, and giving back to the community through yoga.
