Let's Ride On New Year's Day (CANTON - 3:00P)

Kick off the New Year in the Saddle!

Join us for a memorable New Year's Day ride on the beautiful, scenic trails of Dream Power Therapeutic Equestrian Center in Canton. 

We have arranged FOUR guided western pleasure trail rides for you on the first day of the year.  Select a ride and join us, but RSVP quickly as only five places are available per ride.  Come alone or take a friend, either way, you will thoroughly enjoy the experience.

This meetup is for the 3:30 PM ride (Please arrive at 3:00 PM to finalize paperwork and receive instructions.) 

ONE HOUR NEW YEAR'S DAY TRAIL RIDE ($35)

Riding instructions will be given within an arena prior to the ride.

DETAILS

Cost: $35 (plus $1.40 Paypal transaction fee) per person

Whats included: Horse rental, one hour guided western pleasure trail ride including instruction.
Waiver: Fill out the following waiver and bring it with you.
• Please arrive promptly at 3:00 PM to process paper work and receive instructions. The ride begins at 3:30 PM.
• Held rain or shine. (Ride will be held in an indoor arena if it rains.)
• Age Limit: 12 years or older.
• Maximum Weight Limit: 275 pounds (for safety of horse & rider.)
• Wear long comfortable pants or jeans. 
• No flip flops, sandals, crocs or open toed shoes. Your feet should be covered. (Boots with a small heel or sneakers are ideal.)
• If you enjoy your ride, please tip your guide.  They are non-paid volunteers.  Thank you.
• Other: Picnic tables are available so pack a lunch if you wish.  There is also a fridge for food storage.

RIDING INSTRUCTION
All riders will be provided with instruction on mounting the horse, balancing, steering and controlling the horse in an arena before we head out to the trail. 

CANCELLATIONS|
• Full refunds for cancellations by 10:30a on Monday, December 30th, 2013. 
• No refunds for cancellations after 10:30a on December 30th, 2013 as we have to pay the barn for the cost of reserving the horse and losing a chance to provide it to another client.
• Late or No shows will not be provided a refund. 

Important Notes – PLEASE READ:
1. Georgia Horseback Riding & OCS Group members and associates will attend this Meetup at their own risk and it is their sole responsibility to act in such a manner as to be responsible for their own safety and to participate within their own limits. 
2. You have not reserved a horse until we receive your payment.
3. Helmets are encouraged. If you do not have one, they can be supplied at no cost.

Your organizer's refund policy for Let's Ride On New Year's Day (CANTON - 3:00P)

Refunds offered if:

  • the Meetup is cancelled
  • the Meetup is rescheduled
  • you can cancel at least 2 day(s) before the Meetup

Additional notes: A full refund is offered if you cancel by Monday December 30 at 10:30a. After, no refunds can be given, as we still have to pay the barn for the cost of reserving the horse and losing the chance to rent the horse to another client.

Payments you make go to the organizer, not to Meetup. You must make refund requests to the organizer.
