Sunshine makes me happy, and being out in it with friends is even better.
Mostly just cycling & running. I'm interested in camping, hiking, and rock climbing but I lack the gear for it.
Ask me about my favorite bike ride at Tybee. I rode 30ish miles round trip from Tybee to Bonaventure Cemetery.
Well...I'm pretty sure I haven't done IT yet. However, I ran my first marathon in 2009 and hopefully I'll do more soon. I did my first triathlon (sprint) in 2008 and hopefully I'll eventually complete a 70.3.
Ellijay. I have family that lives up there so it's a cheap and easy way to get out of town.
Scanning the local meetup groups.
To get a great social workout :-)
Hi Ashley, Cowboy Bepop def has to be one of the most memorable amines in existence. It's Good to find other anime lovers that share the same interest :). I hope we can talk about Cowboy Bepop and all the other good animes more soon. Life can make it hard to meet new thoughtful, good, fun people. Every day is a new day and a new start. Talk soon.
Hey Ashley, thanks for joining ABG! Haha, I convinced my wife to watch a few episodes of DBZ when we starting dating, but that's as far as she was willing to go haha. I'm a big Sam Smiths fan! Pretty soon it will be winter and stout season will be upon us! See you soon!
Welcome to GA Outdoor Stewards Ashley! Thanks for joining and hopefully we'll see you at some outdoor activities!
I recognize your name from Peachtree Tri Club. I'm the Club Coach, but I haven't had a chance to meet you! Anyway, welcome to the group! I hope you can make it to the Atlanta One-One 12K Run on January 1st!
See you soon!
Do you still have room for carpooling to the Waterfall Hike. I live near I 85 and I 285.
Thanks for the heads up, Ashley! I joined Atlanta Running Meetup. Maybe we can merge our nascent group into your more established one. Hope to see y'all at PP!
Oh mi gosh! Hello Ashley West. There is one less of you because last weekend my high school best friend Ashley West became Ashley Thompson. Small world!
Sounds like a prudent course. I started full bore when I switched to Vibrams and it was debilitating. When I restarted, I took it slow - def the way to go. Tho I bet you'll be up to 3 miles by the fall.
Great to meet you Ashley. What's your comments/feelings in retrospect about the vibram's performance in hiking?
Thank you for setting the pace this morning, Bert
