       Great presentation
    •  This was a great presentation. Sherie gave a lot of information about Darwin I had never heard and found interesting. Thanks to everyone who helped with the technical difficulties, and thanks for everyone's patience!
    •  This was a throughly enjoyable meetup. The speaker, Sherie Zahn, delivered an informative presentation about Darwin's life and his discoveries, this in spite of a variety of technological challenges. It is a pleasure to hear some one discuss evolution who is so obviously knowledgeable about the topic.
    •  Dr. Zahn gave a fascinating lecture, setting the record straight about many details of Darwin's life and contributions. I learned a great deal about Darwin, evolution, and related principles.
    •  Another great presentation. Sherie was an excellent presenter and look forward to hearing her again. She put together a lovely presentation about Darwin that you wouldn't expect. She actually downplayed the Orgin of Species and brought it into a realistic perspective. I was so wrong to assume that was his magnus opus. I tried to read it but was turned off but after listening to her, I'm going to read The Descent Of Man. Thank you Sherie for being such a wonderful and patient person.
    •  Sherie Zahn gave a fabulous presentation! I had a very satisfying experience at this meetup. I look forward to hearing our next speaker in March.
    •  This was my first meeting and I really enjoyed it and learned. There were technical problems that delayed the start of Sherie Zahn's talk--when it did get underway I found it very well prepared and coming from a fresh angle--enphasizing the lengthy process of scientific "wrangling", reflection, revisiting the comments and observations of others, etc-- in the eventual synthesis of this revolutionary theory by Darwin. On the downside--It was very hard to hear some of the presentation and I only heard about 1/3 of the questions. (This was due mainly to the lively party on the other side of the partition--and that may have only been a conflict becasue we got started later than planned.) This was disappointing becasue I learn alot from what other people ask and also other people beside the speaker spoke to some of the questions and I only heard a little of this. Looking forward to the next meetup.
