Are all meeting there at a certain time so we can participate in the same tour?

I've only been on the tour once, but I don't think the procedure has changed.

It's sort of a progressive arrangement. People start showing up and checking in at 8:30. When there's enough people to form a tour group - I recall the number was about 20 - that group and a guide head out and another tour group forms. I think that there were 3 tours going on simultaneously.

Although it would nice, I don't think we can arrange to have the people in our group arrive at the same time. Too many people and too much uncertainty.

      Hope this helps.

Assuming we get on the list of attendees, my daughter and I have room to take two others with us. We would be leaving from Roswell. Email me if you are interested.
