Foods can be your medicine or your enemy. If you’re eating to satisfy primary issues /emotions with foods, you will likely keep eating. Overeating can lead to weight gain and put you at risk for other health conditions or diseases. I have met many vegetarians that are emotional eaters who make bad eating choices. No matter want your dietary lifestyle may be, we are all human, and life issues and events can impact our emotions and how we handle them.
