Emotional eating is not about hunger. It is about underlining issues that trigger cravings and emotional eating. Foods stratify taste-buds, provide nutrients and can satisfy feelings. Foods can be your medicine or your enemy. If you’re eating to satisfy primary issues /emotions with foods, you will likely keep eating. Overeating can lead to weight gain and put you at risk for other health conditions or diseases. I have met many vegetarians that are emotional eaters who make bad eating choices. No matter want your dietary lifestyle may be, we are all human, and life issues and events can impact our emotions and how we handle them.

Come learn the strategies and solutions I have offered to many vegans and vegetarians to combat emotional eating. I offer a holistic solution to address emotional eating. We will explore the body, mind, soul and other holistic modalities in combating emotional eating. So, don’t let your emotions get the best of you!
Antoinette has been working with clients with many different dietary lifestyles to help them combat emotional eating. For many years, she has experienced vegans and vegetarians that make unhealthy choices. Her discovery was that vegans and vegetarians may have a better health index by eating plant–based foods, but here are those make unhealthy food choices, also.

    So how did this one go? I just discovered the group right before 5 pm! LOL This is one meetup I truly needed because I am the queen of emotional eaters. What I initially loved about being vegan was not as many choices. Unfortunately (for me), there are now so many choices that I'm back to Bedlam, like James Blunt. ;-)
