Now it is time to roll up our sleeves and get down to the business of combating emotional eating.
Part two is an introduction class. We will spend two hours learning about the different benefits of plant-based foods, emotional triggers and interactive activities that will help in combating emotional eating.
The past lecture on Combating Emotional Eating with a plant-based diet was a great success and many of the attendees shared valuable information about their emotional eating challenges. They were able to share their emotional eating stories, taste the prepared plant-based foods, and receive some tips and recommendations on how to combat emotional eating. Part two of the introduction class will provide much more information and solutions. You are in good hands. Antoinette have over ten years’ experience in teaching and facilitating workshops, classes, and lectures. Also, she has taught on the collegiate level for many years.
This class is ideally for:
Vegan and vegetarian emotional eaters
Individuals who would like to transition to a plant-based diet
Time: 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Cost: $10 (includes food and class material)
Vegan and raw vegan refreshments will be served.
