Hi Everyone! Thank you for coming out yesterday. It was great meeting all of you. Those of you who went home with some chocolate-thank you and I hope you are enjoying it!

Andy had a great question regarding ginger and the amount you need for it to work like an NSAID and reduce muscle and joint pain. It looks like 2 grams is safe and effective. You can get 2 grams of ginger in 1 tsp of powdered ginger, 1 Tbsp of fresh or 2 mL of ginger extract. Hope this helps.

On a side note-if you or anyone you know is looking to adopt or can foster a very sweet dog please email me. We found an amazing 1 yr old black lab/pit mix who is nothing but lovable. It's been two weeks and no family has claimed the poor guy. He is great with other dogs, super playful, very smart (knows sit/stay), and is neutered. If interested please email me and I'll send photos and a video.

    Thank you, once again!
