Clean It Up! A Plant-based Cooking Class | Fall Favorites

Join Mikki Douglas, author, wellness coach and plant-based chef, on October 13, from

1:00pm – 3:30pm.

Learn how to Clean Up your meals with plant-based nutrition. Mikki will show you how to prepare delicious, hot and weight-loss inducing vegan & plant-based recipes that the whole family will love. Guaranteed.


This class will feature FALL FAVORITE recipes:

- Creamy, Hearty Soups
- Party Dips & Healthy party food
- Comforting pasta dishes


All the unhealthy stuff will be REMOVED and replaced with my vegan healthy ones, but as usual, it will taste just as good if not better!


Class Includes:
~ Overview of the health benefits of plant-based nutrition and the current state of the food industry
~ How to select the cleanest ingredients and avoid toxins that are hidden on the label
~ Kitchen prep & shortcuts for making meals fast
~ A handout with the class recipes, shopping lists
~ Mikki's "Clean It Up Cooking" guide for transforming ANY recipe into healthy organic plant-based meal
~ 3 to 4 recipes will be covered and prepared
