I first became a vegan seven years ago after a close cousin died of brain cancer. I knew I had to change the way I ate. I reverted and started to eating some meat a few years ago, but now I am veggie again.
Hello! I am a fab vegan/gluten free pastry chef from NYC. I developed a wheat allergy two years ago, and had to convert all my sweats to GF. It was a nice challenge! When people taste my GF cookies, they cant even tell somethings is missing.
