After reading Queen Afua's book titled 'Heal Thyself' years ago, I was on a quest to learn as much as I can about the impact that certain foods have on your body. I came to the conclusion that in order to live a life of optimal health and vitality, you have to give up the consumption of meat. Meat deteriorates the body.
