I usually make rice and add vegetables (carrots, peas, corn). Sometimes I make pasta. Sometimes I make beans. I don't have a lot of variety I guess. I am a picky eater, so it will take a while to try new things and see if I like them. I take a small V8 drink and drink lots of water. Most of the time I try to take a small fruit like apple or pear for a snack.
