Bhagavad Gita: Talks Between the Soul & God w/guest Kesava Bharati das Goswami

This week we have a special guest speaker Kesava Bharati Goswami. He is a monk, a spiritual teacher & has been practicing Bhakti Yoga for over 40 years! He spends most of his time at Govardhan Ashrama a monastery in Vrindavan, India so this is a very special opportunity. Bring your friends and your questions!!

Have you ever asked the purpose of life or who you are? Do you seek peace of mind? Here is an invitation to discover the essential wisdom of yoga for today’s world. The Bhagavad Gita is a world text dealing with the mysteries of life. At its heart is a conversation between the soul and God. This ancient poem of 700 Sanskrit verses offers a deep understanding of life relevant to the beginner as much as to the advanced yogi.

Class includes: kirtan(musical meditation) & delicious vegan dinner.

Quick question: Which version of the Bhagavad Gita do you study on Tuesday nights? It looks like from the picture that you have Swami Prahupada's version (which I have read a bit). Thank you.
