Calling all Regional and National Burning Man Brother and Sisters and Virgins (Yes, you!):
This is a friend's party. So I can only bring a limited number of peeps. If I have more volunteers, then maybe I can increase the RSVP's! If you snooze, then you lose! LOL
Some of you have been to this party couple of years ago and asked me when we are having another:
It is Official! The New Years White Party is a go!
New Year’s White Party Brazilian Burner Style! Ring in 2013 with friends and phamily! To start the New Year with peace and purity please come dressed in white with hints of gold and silver to also attract prosperity. The Soiree will once again be held at Sigal and David’s beautiful home in Plantation. Please RSVP: yes, no, or maybe so that the proper amounts of food and champagne is purchased. We will have drinks, finger foods, great music, visuals, projections, interactive art, ceremonies, toasts and fireworks. We are also inviting people to pitch tents in the back yard if you feel so inclined. The event begins at 8pm and will rock on until 3pm Sunday. So you’re welcome to camp out and go swimming if you wish as well. We hope you have white bathing suits or we guess you’ll be skinny dipping ;)
This is a burner event, and we are looking for participants. If you want to bring your flair and instruments to the party, please do! DJ’s please contact Tony TooTall or Mark to be added to the line-up, which will be posted here soon. Fire spinners are welcome to do your thing!
As for Food and Drinks, if everyone brought a bottle of something, a mixer or a finger food, that would greatly add to the event and keep the party going, or please consider a monetary donation to the house to help cover the champagne, food, fireworks and other supplies already paid for by our gracious hosts. There will be a donation jar on the bar. Please remember to bring your own cup for the night and hang on to it. Only plastic champagne glasses will be provided and remember to leave no trace.
Please contact Mark to be part of the setup/breakdown crew. We will have plenty of parking, but we ask that you park smart. Park facing traffic and don’t park blocking any driveways or on anyone’s lawn. We will post a diagram on this event where best to park.
