This is a monthly introduction to Tibetan Buddhism and meditation for everyone.

We are lay practitioners of Buddhism, meaning that, unlike Buddhist monks and nuns, we have jobs, partners, and families.

Our monthly introduction explains what Buddhism is, and the benefits of practicing Buddhist meditation.  We'll be explaining the basics of how to meditate, and conduct a brief group meditation so you can try it for yourself.

      Hi Kat, we actually have never been punctual =) But even if you miss some part of the intro talk, you still can make it for the meditation, so don't worry and just come.
