Gradually over the last few years. A year ago I decided to avoid farmed meat (lots of good reasons to do this), and recently started hunting.
Shared meals, less planned and more spontaneous adventure exercise, outdoor exercise (kayaking, rock climbing....)
Open to suggestion, but like the outdoor stuff. I grew up in the country and was climbing trees before movnat was a word :-)
Spent too many years eating fake food! Time for a change
