Hi guys, I am new to this. Can anyone explain to me what exactly happens. Is there some sort of program that you follow or places where you meet at certain times?

I'd be keen on any of the activities mentioned above, and think the bus pass is a better idea than taking camera gear on a bike. It would be cheaper too.
Staying over night: great idea, but I'll need to come back Saturday night. (last ferry leaves Waiheke 12:30 AM Sunday morning)

How does this normally work then with so many people? Is there any kind of organization to the day for meeting others or sharing along the way or is it everyone doing their own thing?

I'd be interested, depending on the date. But would like to hear more. With a group this size, how do you normally share? Is there anyplace there where we could all get together after a few hours of shooting to share our 3 best and discuss?

normally people would have not had time to sort through photos on the same day, we would normally use the website to see photos after the event

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
