Marketing for exhibition

Hi all,

Ive set up a facebook account for our exhibition group, ie. all that have paid their fee for this exhibition.

This is to promote our event and our photos.

Please ensure all your 6 photos have your name on/with each image, to identify you as owner of images.

 The site is Listed as Auckland Photography Group.

please send one image each, this is to go on signage for our exhibition.

Please confirm asap, if you wish to have frames through the frame supplier mentioned at the pre-exhibition meet/workshop.

 

Update so far:

Deposit of $300.00 paid for building Hire.Insurers invoice is now here for and the cost is $345.00.

Tax Invoice sent and emailed to K'Road Business Association, awaiting grant of $300.00.Stationery and community room hire paid.I will send account sheet wth updates.

  • Hows the Sunday 18th September about 2pm for the last pre-exhibition meeting?please RSVP.

Possibly same venue as pre-exhibition meet/workshop..I will check room availiability.
