Single Parents is a self help group devoted to single dads, single mums and their children regardless of child raising arrangements, nationality, religion, gender, ability and more.

The main reason it exists is to empower single parents by providing the opportunity for single parents to meet other single parents for friendship and support.

Single Parents holds a variety of adult and family social activities including live shows for children, fun days out, playgroups, BBQs, picnics, potluck dinners, camping, swimming .... as well as adult nights from dance nights to restaurants to parties. In fact, it's our group so the sky's the limit on what we can do. (so to speak)

We also hold monthly support meetings North, South, Central and West Auckland as well as workshops on topics unique to single parents and presentations on issues single parents face.
