Hi to all veggies lovers
Our next vegetarian cooking class is on 8 December 2012 (Saturday-3pm)! We will be repeating the recipes of November’s vegetarian cooking class.
Below is the introduction of the recipes:
1. Black Bean patties
High in protein and low in fat, black beans are perfect fuel for iron, antioxidant-promoting manganese and vitamin B1. With minimal effort and easy-to-follow steps, we are going to show how to make delicious black bean patties.
2. Cremini Goulash
It is paprika based with potato and Mushroom over noodles or rice.
3. Sweet and Sour pineapple, vegetarian ball and TVP (texture vegetarian protein)
This sweet and sour dish is easy to cook and popular in many places.
4. Purple seaweed with firm tofu
Introducing purple seaweed, it is rich in minerals and is good for health.
The venue is at Mt Wellington, Auckland and the address will be send to you one week before the cooking class.
Cost is $5.00 per person.
