We'll be practicing simple yet profound meditations and discussing practical advice to help solve our daily problems. With regular meditation practice we will learn to reduce stress, find joy in challenging relationships, reduce anger on the job, and improve our compassion and wisdom. No previous experience is required and is open to everyone, regardless of spiritual or non-spiritual background.
This group is for anyone who is interested in learning more about basic Kadampa Buddhist topics and/or meditation. Class will include guided meditation, short teaching and discussion. Everyone is welcome.
