“ Again, I'd like to encourage people of any or no particular religion to come. Perhaps I shouldn't say this, but I don't go with the idea of "becoming" a Buddhist. I go to learn the ways that Buddha taught to find peace inside. You sit in chairs. Meditation is simply trying to find the quiet inside yourself while paying attention to any tightness or stress in your arms, legs, shoulders, etc. thru the simplicity of sitting comfortably, quietly and breathing mindfully. This is MY opinion, but if you'd like to say Jesus's name in your mind if that helps to quiet your body soul and mind, go for it. It's a way of life, a way of looking at YOUR life, a way to try to stop the anger within so you don't have to try to control it all the time which takes your energy and stresses your body. Who doesn't want to find peace within if their world is gone awry? However, you must be willing to consider that being angry is not to YOUR benefit and take the time to learn a way that is kinder to you. ”
