The purpose of this group is to have a balanced discussion of both the Irish Revolution which led to the formation of the Irish Republic and the continuing conflict in Northern Ireland. The discussion will be based on films, monographs, and biographies. The discussion will have a rough timeline beginning with the Famine and ending with the Good Friday Accord.
